Benefits
Metabolex offers a full complement of benefits to all regular full-time and part-time employees who work a minimum of 30 hours a week. This includes:
 
Group Health Insurance Programs
  All of Metabolex’s insurance programs become effective on the employee’s first day of employment. There are several comprehensive medical plans from which to choose. In addition to medical insurance, Metabolex offers, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, Life and AD&D coverage, short and long-term disability insurance, dependent care and health care reimbursement accounts.
   
Retirement Planning
  Metabolex’s 401(k) plan allows employees to save for their retirement on a pre-tax basis. A participating employee does not pay taxes on the contributions until such time as they withdraw for retirement income.
   
Paid Time-Off
  Regular full-time employees are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation during their first year of employment. Thereafter, vacation accrual increases to three weeks. In addition to vacation, full-time employees are eligible for 10 paid sick days and 12 paid holidays each year.
   
Other benefits include a company-wide cash bonus plan and equity incentive program.
